Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for for a Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) Customer Service Representative Supervisor for our Richmond client who is an international, leading health food distribution company with head office in USA. This customer service department has a good team supportive environment and the Supervisor reports to the Customer Service Manager who is a very supportive person. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, customer-service oriented and can communicate in Chinese, and English as they a large Chinese clientele locally.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising several customer service representative
* Scheduling
* Troubleshooting internal and external issues
* Excel reporting
* Replying and managing emails
Requirements:
* Strong Customer service orientation.
* Supervisory or team lead experience would be required in any industry.
* Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel for reporting
Five days of the following business hours: Monday to Friday, 1pm to 9pm, Saturday, 10am to 7pm
Pay is $25-27/ hour or equivalent to $52,000 to $56,000/ year. Benefits: medical/ dental after probationary period. Year end bonuses based on company profits and product discounts and free products.
